The articles of the torch magazine are contributed by the learners, researchers, interns, trainees, apprentices and staffs of our partner organisations. The mission of the Torch is to learn and disseminate the interesting and essential things one learned, and to make others learn through the TORCH. The platform is a non-peer-reviewed media. However, the articles are screened for originality, quality and policy abiding.
